For safety purposes, Cal-Zone classes are appropriate for ages 18 up. 

  • Class policy: 5 or more attendants to hold a class. For all registration required classes (PP), please be sure to check PunchPass to ensure a class is still scheduled. 
  • For your safety and the safety of all clients, please refrain from entering class tardy.
  • During snow and rain, please carry in your sneakers. 
  • Please store your personal items/waters in the reception area and off the floor. We are not responsible for lost or stolen property. Unclaimed property will be donated at the end of each season. 
  • Class times reflect padding on the front & back of each class to allow for smooth & safe class transition. 
  • Classes and instructors subject to change without notice.

    CLASS DESCRIPTIONS                                                                                                                 

The Bod Squad™(CZSC):  User-friendly Barre Style Class for EVERYONE! Class involves movement designed to encourage flexibility and toning of the muscles. We also use light weights and each class ends with a burst of traditional mat pilates. Never done pilates/yoga? No problem - this is a user friendly class for all. But get ready to work and sweat!


Jillian Michaels BODYSHRED™: You will shed fat, define muscle, transform the look of your entire physique, and dramatically enhance your overall health and athletic performance. Using the 3, 2, 1 concept of resistance, cardio and recovery - this 30 minutes workout redefines exercise.


Adult Tap/Broadway:  Be your own star! No experience necessary. If you have tap shoes/character shoes bring them but most importantly, get ready to sweat, laugh and steal the show.


Cardio BootCANp™(CZSC): A unique combo of intense kickboxing/dance moves perfectly choreographed to high energy & motivating music. It’s the ultimate cardiovascular challenge with intervals of strength/endurance training.  (runs in sessions - please see schedule)


HOOP Hits (CZSC): Basketball inspired class for all levels that will have you laughing, dribbling, sprinting, sweating and getting in the Team Spirit.                                                                                                  

Party at the Barre: Ballet inspired workout designed to tighten, tone and increase overall flexibility. No experience needed! 


Pound-rockout workout: alternative fitness format using drums. SCULPT, SWEAT, ROCK! (sticks/mats provided - leg/ab heavy)


20/20(Wake Up/Shake Up): Perfect fusion of Cardio and Weights for all levels.  


STRONG By Zumba™: A music-led interval training workout like no other. Let it SYNC in!


Zumba® Kids: Perfect for our younger Zumba® fans! Kids ages 4-11 get the chance to be active and jam out to their favorite music. (runs in sessions - please ask staff member)


Zumba® Fitness: Dance to the hottest Latin and International moves around!


Zumba® Gold: Perfect for beginners/folks who need modified movements and lower intensity. Same party with the hottest Latin and International moves around!


Zumba® Fitness mash-up: Dance to the hottest Latin and International moves around, get funky with a little Fierce FUNk® and let that body be free!


Zumba Toning®: Zumba inspired moves to help develop long, lean muscles & boost caloric output! Sticks are provided free of charge. 


Weights (included Conditioning Club CZSC - rotation style): Using TRX, levels, free weights, gliders, kettlebells and more, this is the perfect compliment to a cardio heavy regime.
