Can't get to a class/gym? Have trouble staying motivated on your own? No worries, The Cal-Zone has you covered. Starting in January we will be offering Virtual Classes. Workout and stay motivated from the comfort of your home. All you need are a set of weights, mat and 30 minutes.

For safety purposes, classes are appropriate for ages 18 up. 

  • Class policy: 5 or more attendants to hold a class. Check PunchPass to ensure a class is still scheduled. To create a PunchPass Account, please visit: https://thecalzone.punchpass.com
  • For your safety and the safety of all clients, please refrain from entering class tardy.
  • During snow and rain, please carry in your sneakers. 
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen property. Unclaimed property will be donated at the end of each season. 
  • Class times reflect padding on the front & back of each class to allow for smooth & safe class transition.

We also use light weights and each class ends with a burst of traditional mat pilates. Never done pilates/yoga? No problem - this is a user friendly class for all. But get ready to work and sweat!
  • Cardio BootCANp™(CZSC): A unique combo of intense kickboxing/dance moves perfectly choreographed to high energy & motivating music. It’s the ultimate cardiovascular challenge with intervals of strength/endurance training. 
  • Party at the Barre: Ballet inspired workout designed to tighten, tone and increase overall flexibility. No experience needed! 
  • STRONG By Zumba™: A music-led bootcamp style interval training workout like no other. NO DANCING! 
  • Zumba® Fitness: Dance to the hottest Latin and International moves around!
  • Zumba® Gold: Perfect for beginners/folks who need modified movements and lower intensity. Same party with the hottest Latin and International moves around!
  • Zumba Toning®: Zumba inspired moves to help develop long, lean muscles & boost caloric output! Sticks are provided free of charge.
  • Weights: Using TRX, levels, free weights, gliders, kettlebells and more, this is the perfect compliment to a cardio heavy regime.
