     Natalie has 20 years of experience in the fitness industry with her career beginning while an undergraduate at Stonehill College. Certified by the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA®) she taught kickboxing, dance, step, and hi/lo to students and staff. In 2008 she revived her love for exercise through Zumba® Fitness and after 1 year she became an instructor. She has since acquired certifications for TRX®, TurboKick®, and is AFAA® certified in Group Fitness and Personal Training. She is a Wello Trainer and offers ONLINE training sessions to clients globally. She is the creator of Cardio BootCANp™ series and Phunk Pilates™. She is a former Zumba® Jammer specializing in the Salsa Rhythm and in 2017 became a Master Trainer for STRONG By Zumba®. She prides herself on being a fitness motivator.

Nadine Calla (Barre-tender)

  Born and raised in CT, Nadine's passion for dance started at the young age of 2. Although she loved all types of dance, by the age of 10, her love for ballet inspired her to join the New Haven Ballet, where she would later dance in The Nutcracker, The Snow Queen and La Capella.  After receiving her B.A. degree from Assumption College, Nadine earned a law degree from New England School of Law and has been specializing in real estate law since December of 2004.  However, Nadine has always had a love for fitness.  She took her first Barre class a few months after the birth of her 2nd daughter and was instantly hooked.  Nadine has completed her barre training with Boston Body Barre and is excited to bring her ballet background and passion for health and fitness to the Cal-Zone. 

Her goal is to motivate and inspire her barre students throughout class and have them leave feeling confident with themselves and stronger in body, mind and spirit.

Andrea Cirelli, Weight Watchers® Leader & Coach & Zumba® Fitness

      Andrea has been a Weight Watchers leader for 14 years. After losing over 50 pounds on Weight Watchers she felt the need to help others with the real life struggles of losing weight. She has experienced them herself and knows it's not easy. She is dedicated to learning, understanding and sharing how important proper nutrition is and the impact it has to our bodies both inside and out. Andrea is also a Weight Watchers coach and is passionate about being able to work with her clients on a one on one basis. This tailored support helps her to enable her clients to create their own healthy lifestyle that works for them. She is motivated by the success of her members and the many clients she has helped in their weight loss journeys, supporting them along the way to help them achieve their goals. Losing weight is hard.

Caitlin Hogan, Weight Watchers® Receptionist & Coach

Caitlin graduated from Suffolk University in 2006 and began her career as an auditor. Shortly after starting her new job she decided to become a Weight Watchers member and take control of her weight loss, she lost 30 pounds on the program and after a long slow journey became lifetime in 2011. Caitlin started working part time for Weight Watchers in 2012 as a receptionist with the hope of helping others achieve their weight loss goals. Having been a member for so many years she can relate to members concerns, struggles, and achievements.  

Caitlin is excited to be paired up with The Cal-Zone and looks forward to seeing the transformation of its members.

I have recently began working with Weight Watchers as a result of being 100% committed to their program. I walked into my first meeting with Andrea a year ago and have never looked back. What I have lost through Weight Watchers and working out at The Cal Zone can only be equaled by what I have gained. It feels good!
