beginning while an undergraduate at Stonehill College. Certified by the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA®) she
taught kickboxing, dance, step, and hi/lo to students and staff. In 2008 she revived her love for exercise through
Zumba® Fitness and after 1 year she became an instructor. She has since acquired certifications for TRX®, TurboKick®, and is AFAA®
certified in Group Fitness and Personal Training. She is a Wello Trainer and offers ONLINE training sessions to clients globally. She is the creator of Cardio
BootCANp™ series and Phunk Pilates™. She is a former Zumba® Jammer specializing in the Salsa Rhythm and in 2017 became a Master Trainer for STRONG By Zumba®. She prides herself on being a fitness

Caitlin graduated from Suffolk University in 2006 and began her career as an auditor. Shortly after starting her new job she decided to become a Weight Watchers member and take control of her weight loss, she lost 30 pounds on the program and after a long slow journey became lifetime in 2011. Caitlin started working part time for Weight Watchers in 2012 as a receptionist with the hope of helping others achieve their weight loss goals. Having been a member for so many years she can relate to members concerns, struggles, and achievements.
Caitlin is excited to be paired up with The Cal-Zone and looks forward to seeing the transformation of its members.
