One-on-One Personal Training:  Are you worried about health concerns? Are you looking to either start a regime, move into the next level of your fitness journey, or want to stop wasting money with no results? The one-on-one sessions will set you on course to achieving your health and fitness goals and bring out the best version of you. You will receive a specific exercise routine that aligns directly to your lifestyle and personal goals. We begin with a Consultation and Fitness Assessment to create a customized plan that takes into consideration your current condition, your specific health and fitness goals, and any special requests for strong results and safe outcomes.

  • Option 1 includes 4 (30 minute) sessions: $200
  • Option 2 includes 8 (30 minute) sessions: $375

Small Group Training: Strength in numbers! Receive all the benefits of one-on-one training but with the company and support of a friend/friends.
