Recipe #1: Recipe of the day, Basil/White Wine Rue

In a saucepan over medium heat, melt 2 tbs of yogurt butter

-stir in 4 tbs flour

-stir in 1/3 cup fresh grated parm cheese
-stir in fat free milk to create desired sauce thickness
-add in 2 shakes basil
-add in 3 tbs white wine
-add in salt and pepper
stir until creamy, toss over tortellini (ricotta/spinach favorably) or tiny shrimps and Dreamfields Pasta (lowfat and glycemic friendly!)

Recipe #2: Recipe of the day, Lemon Delight
-2 packages of Instant pudding/pie filling
-add fat free milk, 1/4 confectioners sugar, 1/4 cup fat free cool whip
-pour into reduced fat graham cracker pie shell
-refridge it for 1 hour
-coat with remaining fat free cool whip and sprinkle with zest of a lemon
* you can freeze the final product and have it as a frozen treat!
